The Bank participated in activities that will help communities live productive lives and better participate in decision making. Through the Bank's own charity,projects designed to work with communities are implemented and through the Charity Trust Fund For Education, support is given to Educational Institutions and outstanding students.

Through field trips, conferences and seminars the Bank informs the public about its objectives and actions that influence their lives.
